Ray and Mary’s glasshouse cabin offers a unique experience for adventurous travellers. With its stunning views, designer kitchenette, queen bed, and outdoor fire pit, guests can sleep under the stars and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. Located 960m above sea level, it is our highest cabin, providing spectacular views of Bathurst.
Bert & Poppy’s
Bert and Poppy’s glasshouse cabin offers a unique experience for adventurous travellers. With its stunning views, designer kitchenette, queen bed, and outdoor fire pit, guests can sleep under the stars and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. This cabin offers a beautiful mountainous countryside backdrop.
Sinclair
Sinclair offers a unique luxury escape for couples seeking privacy, nature, and unforgettable views. With its stunning floor-to-ceiling glass windows, beautifully designed interior, comfortable queen bed, and private outdoor fire pit, guests can relax, unwind, and sleep beneath the stars. Oakhill Estate is a 3,000-acre working property and conservation sanctuary in the heart of Central Tablelands. Our mission is to protect the land, preserve its wildlife and share its beauty with guests seeking a deeper connection to nature.

We provide a delicious breakfast for your stay, featuring fresh eggs, crispy bacon, English spinach, cherry tomatoes, sourdough bread, orange juice, and milk.
Yes — all cabins are equipped with air conditioning.
Sinclair’s Cabin also features underfloor heating and an indoor wood-burning fireplace. Ray & Mary’s and Bert & Poppy’s have an electric blanket on the bed during winter.
Unfortunately not. As eco-cabins, we carefully calculate the power load, and portable heaters draw too much power. Sinclair’s is already well equipped with underfloor heating and a wood fire inside.
Absolutely. The cabins are fully private, with a natural hill between each one ensuring complete peace and seclusion.
Yes, all windows are fitted with quality blinds for privacy and light control.
To keep our eco-cabins running efficiently, we ask that you please avoid bringing high-power appliances such as hairdryers.
Yes, our cabins are strictly adults only — perfect for romantic getaways and peaceful escapes.
We are pet-friendly! A $70 cleaning fee applies for guests travelling with a pet.
Ray & Mary’s and Bert & Poppy’s have a fence, however it is not fully dog-proof. If your pet doesn’t have reliable recall, please bring a long lead.
Sinclair’s Cabin does not have a fence.
While we welcome pets, the cabins have not been specifically designed for them, so please be mindful during your stay and keep pets off the furniture.
Each cabin has a kitchenette with a stove, a barbecue, and all the cookware, utensils, and essentials you’ll need.
Yes — all three cabins have a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine.
There is no microwave or oven in the cabins.
Sinclair’s Cabin does have an air fryer.
No need — we supply one box of firewood for your stay. Additional firewood is available to purchase on-site if required.
Your private hot tub will be heated and ready for you upon arrival. We’re also happy to relight and reheat it for you the following day.
Yes — we’re only 20 minutes from Bathurst, where you can find all the supplies you need, plus local cafés and restaurants.
